Narsiso Martinez's "Brief but Spectacular" Take

"Anywhere in the world, farmworkers are always at the bottom of the social strata," says artist Narsiso Martinez.

"In my art, I just hope to shine a light to these people. They are not machines. They are human beings with goals and dreams."

His work will be featured in the upcoming UAMA exhibition Vault Show: New Acquisitions, opening May 25.
