Group Visit Request

Visiting with a group? Let us know. The University of Arizona Museum of Art offers guided and self-guided tours, often with discounted or free admission. Fill out the form below to help us ensure the best experience during your visit.

We require all groups of eight or more — even those not requesting a guided tour — to complete the following form. You will receive a confirmation and further details about your visit via the email address you provide.

UAMA staff and docents are delighted to offer guided tours during regular museum hours, Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The UAMA is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and University Holidays.

Request a Group Visit

Cost: Guided tours and self-guided group visits are FREE for schools, colleges, and educational programs like after school programs, and homeschool groups. Other groups of 8+ adults can pay discounted admission ($6.00/person) when they register using this form. Any fees can be paid by cash, check, or credit card when you arrive at the Museum.

Group Size: We welcome groups up to 40 people at a time. For larger groups, we can offer suggestions for rotating your group between the museum, outdoor public art, or other campus sites. One adult chaperone per every 10 students is required for K12 visits, and K8 groups larger than 20 students must be guided by a UAMA educator. Each required chaperone is FREE. Additional chaperones are $6.00 each. Please contact us if you have questions about the size of your group.

Visit Information

Self Guided: You lead your group independently, please check-in when you arrive. UAMA staff will greet your group and go over museum guidelines as needed. Groups under 18 years of age must have 1 adult per every 10 youth.

Guided Tour: 60 minute interactive tour with a UAMA educator. Large groups will be split into groups of 10 people. Groups under 18 years of age must have 1 adult per every 10 youth. NOTE: PK-12th grade groups of 30+ students MUST be docent-guided in the museum.
