Group Visit Request | The University of Arizona Museum of Art

Visiting with a group? Let us know. Fill out the form below to help us ensure the best experience during your visit.

We require all groups of eight or more — even those not requesting a guided tour — to complete the following form. You will receive a confirmation and further details about your visit via the email address you provide.

UAMA staff and docents are delighted to offer guided tours with advance reservation during regular museum hours, Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The UAMA is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and University Holidays.

Please request your visit at least three weeks in advance. To request a tour with shorter notice, please contact Willa Ahlschwede.

Cost

Guided tours and self-guided group visits are FREE for university, colleges, and Title 1 K-12 schools.

All other K-12 groups: $3/student for guided tours (One adult chaperone per ten students required)

University and College groups: free guided and self-guided visits

Adult (18+) groups: $6/person for guided visits

Any fees can be paid by cash, check, or credit card when you arrive at the Museum. Advance payment may be possible by contacting Myriam Sandoval.

Group Size

We welcome groups of up to 40 people at a time. For larger groups, we can offer suggestions for rotating your group between the Museum, outdoor public art, or other campus sites. K-8 groups larger than 15 students must be guided by a UAMA educator.

One adult per every 10 students is required for K-12 visits. Please contact us if you have questions about the size of your group.

Visit Information

Self Guided: You lead your group independently, please check-in when you arrive. Note: K-8 groups larger than 15 students must be guided. Groups under 18 years of age must have one adult per every ten youth.

Guided Tour: Roughly 60 minute interactive tour with a UAMA educator. Large groups will usually be split into groups of 10-12 people. Groups under 18 years of age must have one adult per every ten youth.
