Guided by artist Barbara Grygutis
Tucson artist Julia Arriola’s exhibition Remember Me: Bringing My Story to Light features nine life-sized steel cut-out dresses, representing the lives of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls.
UAMA Members are invited to a guided experience at Sculpture Tucson with Barbara Grygutis, celebrated public artist and the sculpture park's president.
Grygutis will take members through the current exhibitions Remember Me: Bring My Story to Light — an installation of eight sculptures by Tucson artist Julia Arriola commemorating missing and murdered Indigenous women — and Emanate, a selection of eight monumental steel works by Phoenix artist Hector Ortega.
