Details

Get inspired to take the stage!

This interactive gallery is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Staged: The Art of Performance. A departure from the traditional gallery viewing experience, On Stage is an interactive space for visitors to learn, play, and explore ideas related to performance. Spin a vinyl record, engage with tactile models, dress up in a performance persona, view costumes from the School of Dance Costume Lab and the School of Theater, Film, & Television’s Costume Shop, and put on a show of your own at the museum!

Curated and organized by Willa Ahlschwede, Curator of Academic and Community Engagement, and Violet Rose Arma, Associate Curator of Exhibitions and Visitor Access.
