Meet the youth artists behind the Mapping Q exhibition while enjoying refreshments, a live DJ and art-making activities.
Mapping Q, a collaboration between the University of Arizona Museum of Art and the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF), is a social justice art program for youth ages 13-24. This exhibition showcases their work and is the sixth annual Mapping Q exhibition at the Museum since the program was established in 2014.
This project is supported in part by donors of the LGBT&S Alliance Fund – a fund held at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, The Norton Family School of Consumer Sciences, the Institute for LGBTQ+ Studies, and the University of Arizona Museum of Art’s Stanley Glickman Outreach Endowment.
