The MFA Thesis Exhibition is an annual show presenting the final works of advanced degree-seeking students at the UA School of Art. The culmination of years of hard work and experimentation, the exhibition serves as the endpoint of this chapter of the students’ formal educations and reflects the evolution of their creative processes thus far. Included in the show are works of various media, including photographs, prints, paintings, and several multimedia creations, which attempt to analyze personal themes of importance to the artist.
Featured artists: Catherine H. Abraham, Barbara Bergstrom, Corinne Brown, Christopher Case, David Allan Duncan, Sarah Hardesty, Ian Kimmerly, Mario Liolios, Mary Meyer, Matt Nerdin, Scott Musty, Sarah Steppelman, Kate Walker, and Xinyu Zhang.
