Join us for this special gallery talk about the UAMA exhibition Pulse: Weavings and Paintings by Marlowe Katoney — the first solo museum exhibition by the artist, featuring approximately 30 weavings drawn from private and public collections and created over the span of fifteen years.

Dr. Anya Montiel — co-curator of the Pulse exhibition, Native American Art Historian and Curator at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian — will speak with Winslow-based artist Marlowe Katoney (Diné) about his weaving practice.

This event is free with the cost of admission.
