On March 31, 2006 the University of Arizona Museum of Art sponsored a
Gala event and competition for the best floral interpretation of a work
of art. Professional and amateur designers and floral artists were
invited to participate.
The winning designer, Marian Le Compte from Los Cerros Garden
Club is
pictured above with her floral interpretation of Judy Pfaff's print Del
Flusso e Riflusso from the series Half a Dozen of the
Other.
